The Mink – Formed from the soup of East Anglia’s music scene in 2023 after catching glimpses of each other playing in other bands and thinking “hell yeah, man”. Expect neo-psych that’s dreamy, groovy, riffy and flutey in equal measure.
That Band Called Susan – Noise punk duo from Hertfordshire making a raw and chaotic racket. Think Shellac having a sort of play fight with Mclusky about what “post-hardcore” really means.
Lana Death Ray – Psych-gaze five piece from Brighton building quite the buzz thanks to their infectious, fuzzed up epic sound with some of the best hair around.
Blitzer – Based in Brighton, the band as it is now was formed in the autumn of 2025. With a sound indebted to the noise of early 80s post-punk and new wave – think Echo & The Bunnymen, The Birthday Party, Buzzcocks, Public Image Limited – despite their yung years, Blitzer have created a post-punk sound that is unique to the local scene.
