FAQ

You will find answers here to our most frequently asked questions

What is Green Door Store's Age restriction?

We are a strictly 18+ venue. Please bring valid I.D with you as you will be asked on arrival. We accept passports and Driving licenses.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Yes, we do. For club nights we have a dedicated cloak room clerk but for quieter nights you may have to ask the bar to use the cloak room. The cost is £1 per item. You will be given a numbered ticket to hold on to, which you will have to exchange for you item(s) when you wish to leave.

What if I lose my cloakroom ticket?

If you lose your cloakroom ticket then you may be asked to wait until the end when all the other items have been collected so we sure the item belongs to you. We may ask for a detailed description before handing over anything. This is to ensure the item goes back to its rightful owner.

What are the show times?

Set times are decided by the promoter and subject to change, so please drop them a message if you need to have the exact set times for travel.

Generally doors will always be at 7pm and live curfew is always at 10:30pm.

We strongly encourage you to arrive to watch all of the support bands. One of the greatest things about watching a small show is discovering a brand new brand.

Is there any seating?

We have high stalls available in the bar area and some in-built seating available in the live room. These seats are limited so please arrive early to reserve your space. Please make a bar manager aware if you need assistance.

Are there wheelchair tickets available?

We have space for two wheelchair chairs in the live room. Please contact Access@thegreendoorstore.co.uk for purchasing a wheelchair space and more information on the type of show and our process for ensuring your position and safety.

We have downloadable information on Access at GDS in the ‘Access’ section of our website.
